Also, when calling for service at your home, please make sure you are using your home phone when making an appointment.

You can call every day between noon and midnight. If you are only a few minutes early or late, don't worry. Your call may be answered anyway. In some parts of town, I can also visit you after midnight (please click Fees for more details). However, to increase likelihood of an appointment, please call before or around midnight to set one. You will then know whether this is still possible.

When unavailable at the moment of your call, you can leave a confidential message and it should be returned quickly, unless if out of town.

When there is no answer, please make sure I can see your number if you would like to be called back when possible. If you are calling from a hotel room or any place where there is an extension number, simply call back 15 minutes or more later.

"Debugging" telephone problems:

If the phone line is busy, due to limitations in call waiting, there are already two calls on the line. If you call back a few minutes later, a line should become available.

If the phone is ringing and there is no answer, I may already be with another caller, or the answering machine is already taking a message. You can stay on a few moments and wait for me to switch to your call. Or you can also call back a few minutes later. When unavailable, the answering machine may take your message.

Finally, if a call is not returned, I am likely not available at that moment. Please wait at least 15-20 minutes before trying again.
